2013 honda CR-V ex-l FWD great shape - $9,500 (arvada)

2013 Honda CR-V EX-L. This is front wheel drive (not AWD). 137,xxx miles. Been in my family since new. Clean Colorado title in my name. Very well maintained- needs nothing. FWD but has good 3peak Falken Wildpeak tires and does fine in the snow. I can send you the VIN- if you want to order a carfax vehicle history report for yourself. It has had 1 fender bender- repaired at Honda dealership with OEM parts Safe. Reliable. Easy to drive. Great gas mileage. Very good shape overall with wear consistent with a 12 year old car. Interior is clean but not perfect, no major rips or stains. One dent near the gas door, missing a little trim piece on the grille, exterior is in great shape otherwise. Heated leather seats, XM, sunroof, roof rails, 2" hitch (never towed with, just for bike rack). Good tires, brakes, etc. Like I said- needs nothing and very well maintained. "Is this still available?" will not get a response. $9500, firm based on NADA, Edmunds, and Carfax values. Not in a hurry to sell Cash. No trades!
