Import Coordinator / Entry Writer – On-site | Springfield, NJ Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35-hour work week) Remote Option: No About Us We’re a trusted mid-sized Customs Brokerage firm with over 40 years of service and a reputation for loyalty, low turnover, and personalized attention to our clients. Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of Customs filings, including Release Applications and Entry Summaries File ISFs and track incoming import/export shipments Prepare Delivery Orders, Customs Forms, and customer invoices Handle ACH duty payment coordination and entry summary submissions Maintain clear communication with clients, truckers, and messengers for delivery scheduling Keep accurate documentation and records in compliance with U.S. Customs regulations Support various office and client-facing correspondence Provide additional support as needed across operational functions Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customs Brokerage/Entry Writing Familiarity with Harmonized Tariff System (HTSUS) classification High school diploma required; some college preferred Experience with Kewill / E2Open / BlueJay software preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service mindset What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing Medical & dental insurance (75% paid by the company) Generous vacation & PTO policy A long-tenured team with a supportive, low-turnover culture

Shift: 6 p.m. - 2:30 a.m (However; must be available to work up to 12 hours depending on production needs) Pay:  $60k - $65k (eligible for overtime at straight time after 45 hours worked) Location: 18 1/2 mile road (Sterling Heights) Production: Job Summary:       Ensure Production and Quality standards are met. Enforce AGS Policies and Procedures.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ·         Assigns duties to employees daily based on production requirements. ·         Ensures that each employee knows expectations of job assignment with reference to Quality. ·         Enforce policies and procedures necessary for a safe workplace including Housekeeping. ·         Displays Leadership attributes consistent with AGS culture. ·         Responsible for reviewing and appraising individual employee performance. ·         Assists in continuous improvement. ·         Ensures Production reporting for the shift is completed and accurate – Ujigami / QAD. ·         Understanding of Ujigami software to retrieve Ford Sequence schedule and Reporting. ·         Reports out in Ujigami Downtime Events and documents and tracks through a PDCA corrective actions to eliminate the Downtime issues. ·         Assists with inventory and identification of inventory shortages. ·         Additional duties with similar responsibilities may be assigned as necessary. Employment requirements:  High school diploma or GED 0-1 year work experience 1-3 years supervisory experience Ability to work together as a team to accomplish production goals. Maintain a safe work environment. Well-developed communication skills to be able to speak to all levels of staff.
