Description

O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least three years of experience to join its Chicago, IL office. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of civil litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients. Requirements 3+ years of civil litigation experience, including commercial, professional liability, products liability, construction defect, insurance defense/coverage, workers compensation, class actions, torts, breach of contract, breach of warranty, and/or personal injury. Labor & employment experience is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
