What You'll Do As a Respiris Job Search Coach, you’ll guide clients through a 90-day, 10-session journey that blends empathy, tools, and action. This includes: Client Support & Coaching Guide clients through a structured 90-day, 10-session journey via Google Meet Use the Career Prayer™ to foster self-reflection and strategic action Support resume rewrites, LinkedIn updates, and interview preparation Introduce and coach clients on usemotion.ai to manage their job search Communicate and collaborate using tools like Slack, Google Docs, and ChatGPT Community & Contribution Participate in bi-weekly, 30-minute community learning sessions Explore tools like Gemini, Gamma, Canva, Replit, and Enhancv Refer new clients/companies and earn commission Share feedback and help us improve coaching tools and processes Contribute to our evolving go-to-market, labor, and community strategies Requirements You’ve lived through transition: either as an impacted employee, relative of someone impacted by layoff, leading a layoff, or rebuilding after a major personal change (e.g. burnout, divorce, health event, etc.).
