Located at our main office in Anderson, California, the Human Resources Technician provides administrative support and collaborates with our dynamic Human Resources team. About the Position Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department Assist with the development and distribution of effective job postings Coordinate and collaborate on different Human Resources projects and programs Complete various daily and weekly time-sensitive tasks, including reports and uploads essential to the department Maintain HR forms inventory, distribution, and place material orders Assist with department communications Monitor and audit Company HR practices and records and make recommendations for improvement Professionally answer, appropriately respond, and route incoming communications Work efficiently to meet established deadlines and adapt to changing priorities Discretely handle sensitive or confidential information Qualifications 2 years recent office admin work, or education equivalent Prior Human Resources experience preferred Experience meeting established deadlines and adapting to changing priorities Demonstrated high level of attention to detail Excellent communication skills with emphasis on professionalism Proven ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Self-motivated, dependable, and organized Why Join Our Team?
