Compliance Training Group Compensation: $50. - $175. per hour Employment type: contract (W9 Form, part-time on call as needed) Human Resources Contract Trainer (Spanish Speaking) Duties Description Compliance Training Group (CTG) is seeking: Human Resources professionals with experience conducting employee training, from on-site, instructor-led training sessions to live webinars for supervisors and employees, on topics such as; Sexual Harassment Prevention, Harassment and Discrimination, Substance Abuse Awareness, Diversity and Inclusion, EEOC-mandated corrective action, and Conflict Resolution. Ethics and Compliance Law Enforcement professionals, Substance Abuse Awareness, Violence In The Workplace, Active Shooter Preparedness (Evacuation and barricade drills/simulation), response, and de-escalation. This position is excellent for a retired professional or a self-employed consultant. It is not a full-time 40-hour per week position.
