ROLE HIGHLIGHTS - What to expect as a Remote Scheduling Coordinator: In this role, you are responsible for creating thriving matches between Caregivers and Clients, promptly and enthusiastically responding to after hours, holiday, and weekend call outs and incidents in order to secure fully staffed shifts at all times. You will be responsible to: Ensure zero open hours at any time, ensuring all shifts are filled and maximizing the use of all authorized hours Ensure that only fully compatible and trained Providers are assigned to Clients Continually update the HRIS and healthcare management platform with accurate and timely information Provide excellent customer service and prompt responsiveness to all incoming calls Must be available on Holidays, Weekends, and 5pm-8am Pacific Time.
