The position is responsible for ensuring that our bank operates in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to the business units.  This is a “hands on” position , working with all functional areas within the bank. AVP Compliance Officer responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and maintain the bank’s compliance programs. Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits.
