Description

1.    Exhibits regular and punctual attendance. 2.    Ensures collection and disposal of all solid waste. 3.    Ensures the removal and disposal of regular and bio-hazardous waste. 4.    Ensures collection and distribution of food waste for composting. 5.    Responsible for recycling program. 6.    Responsible for monthly generator checks. 7.    Assist with Domestic Water Well checks and maintenance. 8.    Assist with Wastewater system checks and maintenance. 9.    Assist in ensuring that all equipment assigned is properly utilized, cleaned and maintained. 10. Responsible Daily/Weekly/Monthly checks required by TCEQ at Landfill. 11. Promotes a positive, customer-oriented work environment. 12. Acquires and maintains minimum certification/licensing requirements for job responsibilities. 13. Able to operate all job-related equipment in a safe and effective manner, (i.e. forklift, waste collection vehicle, pallet jack and any other equipment as needed). 14. Exhibits appropriate interaction with residents. Requirements 1.      A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. 2.      Class B-CDL preferred or able to obtain in 6 months. 3.      One year’s experience in solid waste and recycling operations is preferred. 4.      Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills. 5.      Must be at least 21 years of age. 6.      Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, prolonged sitting/standing. 7.      Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license. 8.      Must be available for travel as needed. Safely repel high-rise buildings via rope descent system to reach and cleanse the windows. Communicate with site contact before, during, and after completion of work, and retrieve customer endorsement on work order. Transport and set-up water-fed poles to clean windows of multi-story buildings, and subsequent breakdown of equipment. Effectively clean up after each job to ensure there is no residue or dirt left behind. Ensure that the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times. Attend weekly safety meetings. Who You Are You have 1+ year(s) of relative experience safely repelling high-rise buildings. You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
