Job Description: At Superior Contracting & Maintenance, we are currently seeking experienced carpet cleaners to join our team. As a carpet cleaner, you will be responsible for applying stain and pre-treatments to carpets and floors, and using truck-mounted equipment to clean and restore carpets in residential properties. Your attention to detail and ability to transform carpets into pristine conditions will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional cleaning services. Requirements Requirements: Experience in carpet cleaning (5 years+). Knowledge of different carpet materials and cleaning techniques. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to operate truck-mounted cleaning equipment. Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment as needed. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a dedicated Night Compliance Manager to help us maintain excellence across our expanding portfolio. What You’ll Do: Ensure Quality: Conduct nightly inspections across a variety of facilities—industrial, medical, office, retail, and more—to ensure services meet our high standards. Support & Collaborate: Work closely with Independent Contractors to provide guidance, resolve issues, and ensure consistent service delivery. Client-Focused: Address client concerns with professionalism and urgency, escalating issues when needed and ensuring satisfaction at every step. Team Player: Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to meet client needs and support operational goals. Requirements What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the janitorial or facilities maintenance industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and equipment usage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work 2nd shift hours (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
