The Ideal Candidate should…. -Have a love of food -Be great at multitasking -Have an exceptional eye for detail, and the ability to work carefully in a fast paced environment Job Details Customer service is the top priority at The World’s Best and we expect every member of our sales team to be courteous, friendly, and always helpful. Day to day responsibilities may include but are not limited to: -Entering daily orders as they come in by phone and email -Assisting our outside sales team with customer service requests, price quotes, and sample selection -Invoicing orders -Spot checking product quality in our warehouse -Putting together sample boxes for customers -Tasting new cheeses/perspective products With experience and growth of cheese knowledge this position will hopefully transition to a more senior inside sales position or a role as an outside sales representative. -A typical workweek is Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and Fridays from 8-4pm. During the Holidays the hours will be extended slightly. Benefits -401K plan with 4% match is available. -Company sponsored health, vision, and dental insurance plans are available.
