Individual will manage up to 30 repairs a day and dispatch them to repair technicians. Individual will be responsible for ordering parts for repaired vehicles. Person will provide updates to customers in a timely fashion. Familiarity with Mitchell-1 software a definite plus. Individual will get repair authorizations on repairs when updates occur.
