Description

Flourish, Sonoma County's favorite houseplant and gift shop, is hiring! Do you love plants and want to learn more about them? Are you friendly, outgoing, and good with people (this is the most important part!)? Are you great at muti-tasking and prioritizing your time at work? Then you might be a great fit for Flourish! Priority will be given to people who already have some knowledge of the names and care details for common houseplants. However, we will train you on everything you need to know to answer dozens of plant questions every day during your shift! We are hiring for multiple shifts including some weekend shifts. Our starting wage is $18/hour and all employees begin accruing paid vacation time after 3 months of employment, plus a generous employee discount. Applicants must be 18+ and have graduated from high school. To apply, please email us with 1) any experience you have with plants, 2) why you're interested in the job, 3) your scheduling availability, and 4) your resume as an attachment. Applications without these requirements will not be considered. Please do not drop off resumes in person. We will contact people we are interested in interviewing; we may get more responses than we can reply to, so we apologize in advance if you don't hear from us. Thank you!
