✨ Holiday Market Booth Manager – Boston Seaport (Seasonal) ✨ We are Mondepice – French Epicure, a specialty gourmet brand offering fine teas, truffles, salts, sugars, spices, and holiday gift sets. We are known for our colorful, high-quality booths at major markets in New York, Washington DC, and Boston. This season, we are seeking a responsible, energetic Market Booth Manager to run our booth at the Boston Seaport Holiday Market. Location: Boston Seaport Holiday Market Set-Up: Nov 5–6 Breakdown 12/29 Market Dates: Nov 7 – Dec 29 Hours: Nov 7 – Dec 9 ▪ Mon–Thurs: 3 PM – 8 PM ▪ Fri–Sat: 11 AM – 9 PM ▪ Sun: 11 AM – 8 PM Dec 9 – Dec 29 ▪ Mon–Sun: 11 AM – 9 PM Pay: From $1,000.00 per week Responsibilities: Oversee daily booth operations (open, close, maintain presentation). Keep booth organized, stocked, and visually attractive at all times. Manage inventory & send weekly reports. Refill products each morning as needed. Provide excellent customer service, share product knowledge, and upsell gift sets. Take initiative to solve issues quickly and professionally. Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales. Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices. Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Maintain inventory levels through efficient stocking practices and retail math analysis. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products. Requirements: Reliable, punctual, and organized – able to commit to the full season. Comfortable working long retail hours in a busy holiday market. Strong communication & customer service skills. Ability to lift and restock products when needed. Retail, food, or specialty market experience preferred. Knowledge/interest in gourmet food & specialty products is a plus.
