Highpothermia, A Small Batch Cannabis Shoppe is looking for an experienced budtender with retail, cash handling & leadership skills for the position of LEAD BUDTENDER. Monday - Friday 9:30 am- 5:30 pm (Flexible for the right person). Wage: $18/hr+ DOE (& Tips) Job Duties: Open/ or close store Budtend Work independently Coordinate tasks with management and staff Re-stock supplies and products Label Inventory assistance Assist in admin/promotions as needed Oversee other budtender Clean/organize Solve problems Handle customer complaints while on duty Weedmaps updates Maintain compliance production as needed (prerolling, trimming) We specialize in the highest quality, handcrafted, organic living soil grown cannabis and known for having some of the best flower in Alaska.
