Cashier/Sales Associate (part-time) (Santa Fe) Global House, Inc (dba Jackalope) compensation: Starting $16/hr (based on experience and background) employment type: part time job title: Cashier & Sales Associate Cashier/Sales Associate. Part-Time Position Available. At least one Weekend day required. Jackalope has operated in New Mexico for more than 49 years. We are a retail store that sells home and garden decor. Part-time applicants welcome (but must be willing to work weekends; limited benefits for part-time employees). Job Responsibilities & Duties * Have fun and be part of the team * Greet and Help customers with questions * Complete sales and ring up customers on the register * Learn and Understand our various product lines * Provide friendly and consistently excellent customer service * Help with tagging, inventory and merchandising * Clean and maintain sales area & common areas * Cross train in other departments * All other duties as assigned Job Requirements * Must be able to stand on your feet most of the day * Must be able to routinely and repeatedly lift and carry 10-20 lbs. * Must be able to routinely and repeatedly push and move up to 40-50 lbs. * Must be a team player and be able to work independently * Must be able to show up on time and when scheduled * Must be able to work Saturday and/or Sunday * Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Benefits (most benefits for full-time employees only) * Retirement Plan * Bonus Plan (semi-annual but no guarantee) * Employee discount Interested candidates: please include a PDF of your resume with your personal contact information.
