In addition to daily retail customers, we handle large meat department orders for restaurants and food trucks. Our goal is to provide top-quality products and reliable service with a personal touch. ________________________________________ Job Summary: We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations. Fluency in Spanish is required, as the majority of our clientele and team communicate primarily in Spanish. This is a full-time position, and while the Store Manager may set their own schedule, they must be available at all times to address any urgent store needs. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily store operations, including retail and large meat orders • Hire, train, and supervise store staff • Ensure outstanding customer service and staff performance • Maintain proper inventory levels and manage reorders • Communicate clearly and effectively in Spanish with clients and team • Coordinate large meat orders for restaurants and food trucks • Manage store scheduling and administrative tasks • Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards • Be on-call and available for urgent store matters as needed ________________________________________ Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus) • Minimum 2 years of retail or food industry management experience • Must be fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Reliable, organized, and responsive to store needs • Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on call as necessary Please submit your resume if interested.
