The Role: We’re looking for an entry-level Retail Coordinator who is obsessed with details, thrives on organization, and is excited to launch their career in the beauty industry. This role is ideal for someone who loves building systems, color-coding, perfect spreadsheets, and ensuring that every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed. Because this role involves reviewing physical products and assisting with shipping, it requires being in-person 4 days a week. Remote flexibility is limited to 1-day a week after the introductory period concludes. What You’ll Do: Maintain accurate and up-to-date product, pricing, and inventory data across internal systems and retailer portals. Review and submit retailer product information with zero errors (accuracy is everything) Build and refine Excel trackers for launches, timelines, and product details. Support day-to-day retail operations including data entry, formatting, reporting, and sample shipping Create and improve organizational systems—color coding, labeling, naming conventions, and checklists. Perform repetitive but critical tasks with consistency and precision. Collaborate with the retail team to ensure deadlines and retailer requirements are met. Qualifications: Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills (required). Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Must be able to work on-site in Los Angeles 4 days per week. Previous experience in administration, retail, or data entry is a plus (not required). Passion for beauty products and the retail industry. A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team spirit. You will need to assist customers in finding products they need, slicing cold cuts and cheese, as well as bagging the items and doing basic math to total a customers bill before finishing the transaction.
