We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Analysis Team Leader to spearhead our data analytics division. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support in analysis efforts. Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis. Develop and implement data analysis methodologies and best practices to enhance team productivity and output quality. Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings to senior management and other stakeholders. Monitor team performance and provide training and mentoring to enhance the team's skill sets. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in data analysis and incorporate them into team practices. Requirements Fluent in both English and Chinese. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex data insights clearly and concisely. Proven experience in a data analysis role with at least 3 years of leadership responsibilities. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships, especially with different Marketing funtional teams.
