If analytics is your game, then this team is just the right place for you.   About the Role Innovaccer is looking for an Analytics Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of data-driven operations across teams. This role blends analytical expertise with operational oversight to ensure the smooth flow of data, accurate reporting, and informed business decisions across the organization.   A Day in the Life ● Support analytics operations by conducting SQL querying, data cleaning, and validation. ● Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau. ● Monitor data pipelines and flag inconsistencies or issues impacting business operations. ● Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.    WhatYouNeed ● Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, or a related field. ● 2–4 years of experience in a data operations or analytics support role. ● Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI. ● Understanding of quality and operational metrics. ● Strong problem-solving and communication skills. ● Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
