Maintain a high level of craftsmanship, ensuring that all work is completed with precision and quality. Work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that jobs are completed on time and meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with residents and management to ensure that they are satisfied with the results of your work. Identify areas in need of repair or improvement and make recommendations/estimates. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. General Liability Preferred At least 5 years of experience in siding installation and repair. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
