Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain concrete floors in a variety of settings. Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning and grinding. Apply epoxy coatings and concrete polishing materials to floors. Operate various tools and equipment, including grinders, sanders, and floor scrapers. Safely and efficiently use chemicals and other materials. Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs. Ensure that all work is completed to a high level of quality and in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Ability to work as part of a team. Experience in construction or a related field preferred but not necessary. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time. Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a MUST.
