Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians when needed. Communicate with shop management to report on job progress, vehicle status, and any issues that arise. Qualifications: Previous experience as a collision repair technician or in a similar role is required. ICAR Certifications are a major plus. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, techniques, and technologies. Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models and their specific repair needs. Ability to work with hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
