We’re one of SoCal’s fastest-growing home improvement companies. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing people who can talk to homeowners, set appointments, and represent our brand. This is not a desk job. You’ll be out in the field talking to people, creating leads, and helping us grow. Open Positions * Event Staff (Weekends) – Be the face of our company at shows, fairs, and community events. Greet people, hand out flyers, and set appointments. * Canvassers (Mon–Wed) – Knock doors in neighborhoods where we’re working, introduce homeowners to our services, and book free estimates. What We Offer * $18–$20/hr + $20–$50 bonus for every qualified lead * Paid weekly * Paid training (we’ll show you exactly how to succeed) * Fun, team environment * Room to grow into sales or marketing roles What We’re Looking For * Outgoing, confident personality — you like talking to people * Reliable and consistent — if you say you’ll show up, you show up * Able to work weekends (for event staff) or early-week shifts (for canvassing) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
