Job Title: Street Marketing Installer Company: Northwest Polite Society Location: Seattle, WA Job Summary: Northwest Polite Society is a Seattle-based marketing agency specializing in street, experiential, and digital marketing. We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Street Marketing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the physical implementation of our clients' outdoor advertising campaigns. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure our clients' brands are visible and effectively reach their target audience across the Seattle metropolitan area. Responsibilities: - Execute various street marketing campaigns, including but not limited to: - Wild Postering: Strategically placing posters in high-visibility, approved locations. - Wheat Pasting: Applying multiple posters using wheat-paste to approved surfaces. - Retail Placements: Distributing and placing posters and flyers in retail locations, cafes, and restaurants. - Pole Posting: Affixing promotional posters to telephone poles on designated and custom routes. - Stenciling: Creating temporary brand messaging on sidewalks and approved surfaces using stencils and non-damaging materials. - Conduct site checks to identify optimal locations for campaign materials if needed. - Ensure all installations are neat, professional, and adhere to campaign guidelines. - Document installations through photographs and comments on reporting app. - Manage and maintain an inventory of marketing materials, including posters, flyers, and installation supplies. - Adhere to all local regulations and guidelines regarding outdoor advertising. - Work independently and manage time effectively to meet campaign deadlines. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., brand ambassador, event production, general labor) is preferred but not required. - Familiarity with the Seattle area and its neighborhoods. - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and carry materials for extended periods. - A reliable mode of transportation is required for some installations. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - A proactive and problem-solving attitude. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
