I’m looking for an assistant who can help me build multiple online income streams through social media, affiliate programs, digital products, and content marketing. Responsibilities Social Media Growth & Engagement Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Repurpose content into reels, carousel posts, and Pinterest pins. Manage engagement: respond to DMs, comments, and boost community growth. Affiliate Marketing Set up/manage affiliate accounts (Amazon, LTK, Pottery Barn, ShareASale, etc.). Build shoppable round-up posts (e.g., “Fall Entryway Must-Haves,” “Holiday Hosting Essentials”). Insert affiliate links into posts, Pinterest pins, and email newsletters. Track sales/conversions weekly and double down on what works. Digital Products Research, design, and launch printables, guides, and templates (e.g., holiday décor checklists, home organization planners, meal-prep guides). Upload/manage them on Etsy or Shopify. Blogging/Content Creation Write simple blog posts or round-ups optimized for SEO. Turn blog posts into Pinterest pins + affiliate-friendly content. Manage keyword research for traffic growth. Email Marketing & Funnels Build and manage an email list with weekly newsletters. Create simple lead magnets (printables, guides) to grow subscribers. Insert affiliate links and product links into campaigns. Other Revenue Streams Explore TikTok/Instagram monetization (creator fund, brand collabs, UGC). Pitch small brand partnerships and manage outreach. Research trending niches + new passive income opportunities. Skills & Tools Experience with Instagram/TikTok/Pinterest growth. Canva/CapCut/Photoshop for content design. Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Amazon, LTK, etc.). Knowledge of Etsy, or Shopify a plus. Basic SEO/blogging experience preferred. As representatives of the character and brand, both team members must act according to client guidelines provided upon booking--be prepared to handle these iconic characters with care and respect 😊 Both team members must be able to be on their feet for the full shift, and must be able to lift 25lbs as the job may require the movement of supply packages.
