The Role Perfect for someone currently in school or just out of school, this internship will put you at the heart of event production and client outreach. We’re looking for a superstar/ someone reliable, outgoing, and excellent both on the phone and on the computer. You’ll be making calls, assisting with outreach, and helping us get ready for a very busy season. Key Responsibilities Call clients, vendors, and partners. Strong Communication skills a must both oral and written a+ Assist with guest list building and event coordination. Support onsite event setup, registration, and logistics Work with tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and project trackers. Be a dependable teammate who ensures tasks get done. Qualifications Excellent phone communication skills, confident, professional, personable Strong with computers + quick to learn new tools Highly reliable, organized, and detail-driven Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with clients Excited about breaking into the events industry Able to commit 15–20 hours per week+, possibly more hours.
