1998 Porsche Boxster 986 Convertible Manual with Hardtop & Svc History - $9,000 (palo alto)

I have a 1998 Porsche Boxster Convertible with hardtop for sale. It was purchased originally with the sport touring package, hardtop, and all leather package. See window sticker and purchase receipt. It's a CA car all its life. I used it to commute but have not had much use for it since I have kids :( It has a manual transmission. The flywheel, clutch, and slave cylinder were replaced recently (~3000 miles). The IMS bearing was inspected at the same time and was determined to be in a good condition. All brake pads and rotors were replaced at the same time. Engine is in a great condition. I have not had to top up the oil. Soft top is in like new. Hardtop is on the car 99% of the time. I have the original window sticker and service receipts in a binder. The two rear tires are new (~3000 miles). The wheels currently on the car are chromed. I have another set of original wheels I'll include. Brand new 12V battery also (~1 year old) Mechanically it's in a great condition. Cosmetically it could use some work: 1. Paint could use some polishing. There are some scratches. 2. Headlights are yellowing. Could use some polishing. 3. Airbag light is on. Read through OBD as passenger-side seatbelt latch. If it is a deal breaker, I can look into getting this replaced.
