This is a general interest application for Model Bartender positions at the W Scottsdale WET Deck, Cottontail Lounge & Living Room. We're searching for a candidate who can: Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations. Prepare craft cocktails, special requests, pour beer and wine. Take orders/prepare drinks for guests at the bar and complete ticket orders that have been rung in by other team members. Keep bar clean, tidy, and organized. Monitor guests’ consumption of alcohol and does not over-serve. Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs. Occasionally works special events. Requirements Excellent communication skills. A guest-oriented mindset. Prior bartending experience. Prior nightclub experience. Ability to perform well under pressure and stress. CHG’s latest project in Morristown, NJ involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets within a sustainably built, mixed-use property. These outlets include a ground-floor restaurant, conference catering, pantry services, and pop-up concepts. What You’ll Do: Inspire Memorable Hospitality: Create meaningful, memorable experiences for our guests, while fostering a culture where hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. Stay Guest-Focused: Work closely with your management team to stay connected to guest feedback. Seek out every opportunity to enhance the guest experience and build a community of loyal regulars. Partner with the Restaurant: Build a strong, collaborative relationship with both the front-of-house management and kitchen teams, ensuring alignment of all business goals and initiatives. When the front and back of the house are in sync, magic happens. Balance Operational Excellence: Juggle daily operations and strategic responsibilities with grace, making decisions that benefit both the immediate needs and long-term success of the business. Foster Relationships: Build and maintain trusting relationships with other Chelsea Hospitality Group leaders. Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift. Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs. Adheres to all RHG brand policies and procedures. Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience. Other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor. Requirements Excellent communication skills. Basic bar and alcohol knowledge. Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures. A guest-oriented mindset. Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
