Book VIP reservations. Execute VIP presentations. Provide ongoing table maintenance. Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift. Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations. Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable. Assists other associates as needed to meet guest's needs. Be comfortable working in a swim suit. Requirements Excellent communication skills. The ability to work with a sense of urgency. Ability to perform well under pressure and stress. Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members. Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures. Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
