Job Overview: We are currently looking for a skilled Diesel Technician to join our dynamic team at our TA Travel Center in Jackson, OH. The Diesel Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of diesel mechanics and a commitment to safety and quality service. Key responsibilities include: Diagnosing issues with diesel engines and systems. Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel equipment. Documenting service performed and maintaining accurate records. Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and operational procedures. Collaborating with other technicians and team members to enhance service delivery. Requirements Requirements for the Diesel Technician position include: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in diesel mechanics preferred. Proven experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
