Requirements Qualifications you should have: Candidates for this position should possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA certification or are working towards it, and have 2-3 years of experience in audit and assurance. Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
