REHEARSAL SPACE TO SHARE in SF (potrero hill)

We have a great creative rehearsal space to share with another band at Secret Studios beginning October 1st. We have a good-sized room, with PA provided if needed. There is a room for a drum set, your amps and some additional storage. Possible evenings available are Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. The share of the rent for you would be $330/mo for 1 evening a week or $460/mo for 2. Daytime use before 6pm is available for a soloist, small group or a music teacher, not requiring storage for $260/mo. Additional time is often available on a first-come , first-served basis and can be arranged. Looking for responsible, respectful musicians. We'd be happy to discuss your needs.
