Looking to share my recording studio lockout . Great for producer , mixing , mastering , song production , composing , vocal guitar and instrument tracking , songwriting . Lots of acoustic treatment installed . There is a 4x6 ft vocal booth . Room is about 14x18 ft total and sounds excellent . Pricing would depend on the split. $600 per month for 3 days a week $800 per month for 4 days a week $1000 per month for 5 days a week Mix of full and partial days One month security deposit required.
