Recital Hall / Performance Space Available (Near Reston Town Center)

The Recital Hall at Music Spectrum School for the Arts is available to rent for your recital or event. Our convenient location is near where Fairfax County Parkway intersects the Dulles Toll Rd., just one mile from Reston Towncenter. Rental includes use of our beautiful Seiler Grand Piano made in Germany, and (if you need it) a professional PA system with high quality speakers, guitar amps, and mic stands (please bring your own mics-we’ve had some trouble with ours walking away) We provide up to 50 chairs for audience seating. Please keep in mind that you must reserve absolutely all the time you expect the door to be open including set-up and clean-up (see below). Rental rates: The use of the Seiler Grand Piano is included (no extra charge) in the rates below. A second piano (Kawai) is available for an additional fee if needed. $90/hour. 2 hour minimum ($180). Each additional half hour is $45. NOTE: Your rental time must include any set-up, take-down, clean-up (the facility must be left as you found it if you would like to return) and/or socializing time before or after the recital that you may require. i.e. ALL of the time that you expect to be in the school.
