Infl: Ray Charles, JBs, 60s NOLA Soul, Greyboy Allstars, Bill Withers, Dr John, Earl King, early Chicago Transit Authority, Buddy Miles etc with some rockin' covers funked up with horns from bands/artists like ZZ Top, The Beatles, Hendrix, Prince, Lenny Kravitz, etc... Gigging with 30+ tunes, great NEC multi sax player who writes charts, all pro equipment, PA and great free rehearsal space. All good people, late 30s to early 50s and committed to our audiences who always respond enthusiastically, including a random Music Critic. We have a local dedicated following that grows each time we play. We are bass, drums, guitar, sax and lead singer and our concept just needs trumpet. A really good trombone player would be icing on the cake, but trumpet with sax is essential to the material.
