Established band seeks keyboardist. WTF does that even mean? (Cary)

Well, in our case, it means... We have paying shows booked. We're recording new music. We get international airplay on the airwaves and online. We have local and regional fans who come to our shows. We have a BRAND. We're looking for a keyboard player who'd like to participate in all of the above. You gotta have your own gear and transportation. You gotta rehearse with us once a week in Cary, NC. You gotta be able to count to four interatively. And you gotta be able to use both hands independently. Now you know what it all means.
