Are you a skilled and creative Metal Fabricator looking for a new challenge? Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and looking for a Shop that is both clean and has state-of-the-art equipment? Are you a collaborative team player who is willing to go the extra mile to make a project remarkable?  As a Metal Fabricator with Aardvark Studios… You will work closely with our Project Management, Design, and Tech teams to help make ideas a reality for our clients. You’ll work on a variety of projects spanning mobile experiences, custom-fabricated assets, and museum-quality props and furnishings. QUALIFICATIONS: What makes you the ideal candidate: 5+ years of experience as a metal fabricator in a company (not freelance). Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding of all metals; certification a plus. Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, tube weldments, and machining processes. Ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, action-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays and weekends as needed.: A strong moral compass and willingness to do what it takes to exceed client expectations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work productively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building What else is helpful: Fabricate components using sheet metal, tube weldments, and machining techniques. Experience with CNC machinery and programming. Knowledge of various metal types and their properties. Familiarity with modern fabrication tools and equipment. Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems related to fabrication. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safely.
