The Hair Artist will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences to all clientele. The Hair Artist provides all hair-related beauty services including cutting, coloring & styling adhering to company pricing and protocols. Rate of Pay: 100% commission. Commission structure: 40% to 46% of service revenue. Estimated earnings range: $47-51 per hour based on typical services volume.  Weekend availability required Part-time and full-time positions available Job Responsibilities: Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service. Provide quality customer service to all clients to ensure we deliver a high level of hospitality & integrity while providing a world-class experience, to help our members live well. Treat members, guests & employees with fairness, integrity, positivity, and consistency. Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled. Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals. Consistency in providing a world-class experience including providing a warm greeting, beverage offering, initial consultation to ascertain the client’s wants and needs, confirming comfort levels, showing genuine interest in the client, performing haircuts, styling, coloring, perming, relaxing, or other hair service offered as requested. Ensure client files are up to date including hair color formulations. Maintain proper sanitization of tools, implements, and stations. Requirements Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify. Current cosmetology license required. Minimum three years of Salon experience preferred. Experience with working in a luxury, upscale environment with strong hospitality focus preferred. Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work one weekend day and be flexible with schedules. Present a professional image with appropriate hair, make-up (if applicable), and attire. Clear communication Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to sit or stand for sustained periods of time. Ability to make movements with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.
