Agency Services, a leading marketing and advertising company delivering results since 2005, is seeking a Commercial Production Crew (Local – Naples, FL) to support an upcoming shoot for a national home services brand. This is a fast-moving, high-stakes project with a tight turnaround. If you’re dependable, experienced, and can operate under pressure while delivering clean, professional footage, we want to hear from you. Roles Needed 3-Camera Operators (Blackmagic or similar) Audio Technician Lighting Technician Grip Production Assistant Responsibilities Set up and operate cameras according to pre-determined shot plans and storyboards. Work closely with our Nashville-based director and producer to maintain visual consistency across spots. Capture clean, broadcast-quality audio in an active home environment. Execute lighting setups that simulate both day and night scenes indoors. Support crew needs including gear movement, set adjustments, and logistics during shoot days. Details Location: Naples, FL (on-site shoot in a Naples-style home) Shoot Dates: August (final date to be confirmed) Timeframe: Full-day shoot (approx. 11 AM–4 PM) Compensation: Paid — commensurate with experience and gear Requirements Demonstrated experience on commercial shoots Ability to work quickly, stay on schedule, and communicate clearly Reliable gear or ability to operate rented gear at a pro level Local to Naples or surrounding area

Strong knowledge of FTC, FDA, and other regulatory requirements for packaging design, layout, and messaging. Deep understanding of production cost models, designing to meet target pricing and margins, and defining capital equipment needs to commercialize new products while justifying expenditures. Insightful understanding of consumer preferences and market packaging trends. Proactively identify and resolve packaging challenges, drive innovation, optimize processes, and implement cost-saving, environmentally responsible solutions. Creative and articulate, capable of collaborating with ProCaps’ founder and departmental leaders throughout the design process. Highly motivated with exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
