Leading BIM Coordination process and assisting project teams with the implementation of Technology, Building Information Models and Virtual Design and Construction methodologies. Work closely with the MEP & VDC Manager to support in-house pre-construction team, design team and project management team with day-to-day and long-term duties, tasks, and training. Assist with the MEP & VDC Manager in developing/maintaining BIM associated contracts and documents. Assist with the MEP & VDC Manager in exploring more VDC Applications (4D scheduling, 5D cost, nD, etc.) Manage and analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, trade contractors and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues. Develop 3D models through Revit as necessary for coordination purpose only.
