Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing enterprise client relationships, overseeing the deployment of new and existing environments, providing expert support, and resolving complex technical queries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills, capable of delivering innovative solutions and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Enterprise Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business goals and technical requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance and proactive support. Deployment Oversight: Plan, coordinate, manage, and support the deployment of new and existing enterprise environments. Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within scope, and meet client expectations. Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including engineering and product, to deliver seamless solutions. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support to enterprise clients, resolving complex technical issues in their environments. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement long-term solutions. Document and communicate resolutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge and efficiency. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar role, with a focus on enterprise clients. Strong knowledge of networking, system architecture, and enterprise-grade technologies. Experience with deploying and managing environments in enterprise settings. Familiarity with security concepts, including HSMs, PKI, and key management. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex support scenarios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Industry certifications such as CCNA or CISSP. Experience in managing enterprise accounts in industries with high-security requirements. Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for incident and problem management. Requirements ·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ·       Experience in solution architecture, with a focus on integrating software systems with hardware. ·       Experience with developing centralized management systems, such as portals for device registration, monitoring, and configuration. ·       Expertise in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and frameworks. ·       Familiarity with hardware communication protocols (e.g., NVMe, PCIe) and their software interfaces. ·       Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises solutions for building scalable and secure infrastructures. ·       Familiarity with database design for storing and analysing device data. ·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. ·       Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex architectural challenges. ·       Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
