Job Title: Senior Technical Lead/Architect – Data and Dev Ops Platform Location: NY/Fort Mill/Remote/Hybrid Experience Level: 12+ years in software development, including 5+ years in a Technical Lead role Tech Stack: AWS, Angular, .NET Core, Kafka, Camunda BPM, REST APIs, Python About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive the design and development of a centralized platform for data operations and DevOps exception management. This platform will unify Ops capabilities to handle multistep workflows for data exception handling including manual approvals and automated corrections, data corrections, ticketing, and client-account mapping with integrated support for modern observability and control requirements. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver a cloud-native, event-driven platform that is high-performing, auditable, secure, and seamlessly integrates with existing operational tools and workflows. Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead the development of an application platform for  Exception handling and resolution workflows Data fixes and cross-referencing household/account structures (e.g., 529 plan edge cases) Workflow automation, ticketing, and multistep fixes Client-to-account linking and data operations management Role based access Build integrations with tools such as Camunda BPM, XMatters, and existing operational systems. Design and implement event-driven microservices using .NET Core and Kafka, deployed on AWS. Deliver RBAC/ABAC-based access controls, ensuring structured audit logs and data integrity. Ensure compliance with operational SLAs, runbooks, and control requirements. Implement automated health checks, circuit breakers, and test automation using BDD principles. Lead a globally distributed team, enforce DevOps and CI/CD best practices, and ensure production readiness. Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor data quality and operational performance. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years in software development; 5+ years in a technical leadership role.Hands-on experience with: Modern UI development using Angular 15 or higher. Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs using .Net, Python Cloud-native stack (AWS - S3, API Gateway, Glue Jobs, Lambda, ECR, EKS,  Data streaming (Kafka/EventBridge) and processing pipelines  ServerSide initiated streams or events Forgerock based access management  Strong experience with data quality platforms, reconciliation systems, and SOR integration Experience in data quality platforms, workflow orchestration, and exception management. Strong knowledge of workflow engines (Camunda) and data validation frameworks Proven ability to design scalable, event-driven, and highly available enterprise systems. Experience with audit, security, and role-based control frameworks Experience in development of Microfront end architecture Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC, structured audit logging, and regulated environments. Strong background in CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and platform reliability. Effective communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate across product, ops, and engineering teams. 8+ years in enterprise platform design, data engineering, or integration architecture Experience with TDD with proven track record of > 90% code coverage   Nice to Have:   Working knowledge of Wealth/Asset Management data (e.g., client/account/product hierarchies) Experience with financial or data-heavy domains involving client-account hierarchies. Integration experience with operational tools like ServiceNow, XMatters. Familiarity with BDD frameworks, Grafana, Dynatrace, Quicksight
