The Role We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to join our team and establish our data integration practice as we scale to serve enterprise government customers. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead customer-facing technical implementations, build standardized integration processes, and eventually grow a team of integration specialists. This role requires a proven technical leader who can translate complex customer requirements into elegant integration solutions while building scalable delivery processes. You will be responsible for transforming our integration capabilities from ad-hoc implementations to enterprise-grade, repeatable processes that support our government customers and rapid growth trajectory. This is a strategic technical leadership role that combines hands-on customer engagement with process innovation and team development.
