In the summer you can relax on the back porch and enjoy the beautiful flower and shrub garden, and you're welcome to help if you'd like. I'm a non-smoker and quiet person who recycles fiercely and works at being a green person, and I hope to get the same from you. Rent is $850/month for a single tenant or $1100 for 2; first month and security deposit are due up front. I also require last month's rent in advance but this can be prorated over several months.
