We are offering our 3 - 4 Bedroom + office home on the shores of Lake Champlain for the Winter/Spring semester. Views of the lake abound from the home, from the deck over the water, or from the fire pit terraced below. The home features all the amenities you could want, hardwood floors, beautiful art, wood-burning stove, gas heat and/or AC/heat pumps, a fully stocked chef's kitchen, outdoor hot tub, indoor Japanese soaking tub, a piano, and a TV/Theatre as well. The home is available from mid-December to Mid-May, but dates are somewhat flexible. Located in a charming community with access to the lake and hiking trails through the woods, and yet, it is less than 2 miles from downtown Burlington, UVM, and Champlain College. This is our home, so we pride ourselves in keeping it welcoming, cozy and fantastically clean. We use only non-toxic cleaning supplies, and the home is cleaned twice a month for your comfort. We are looking for the perfect fit for our unique home. We are open to questions and reasonable negotiations as it is most important to us to get the right fit for our home.
