Three-story walkup. The official rent amount is $4,000 but I am offering the lease takeover for $3,500 and I will cover the remainder (this will be formalized in the lease takeover agreement, so there are no risks). Due to an urgent change in personal circumstances, my husband I have to move out of our apartment that we signed a 2-year lease on last October. The lease ends September 2026.
