The townhouse is located in a gated community with a community pool and workout room. It has new carpet as of last year. There is a laundry room in the unit with washer and dryer, a new fridge with an icemaker, a two car tandem garage and an elevator from the garage to the main floor. We're nonsmokers and non-pet-owners.
