Hi there! Looking for 1-2 people for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath in-law unit available ASAP for $2,380 per month + utilities. Ideal for 20's/30's students or working professionals. This in-law unit is located in the Sunset District of SF and is about 500 square feet. The unit has a full kitchen, small area for a kitchen table, 1 bathroom, lots of space for storage, and washer and dryer. The lease is month-to-month. One room is bigger and has a big window and closet. The other room is on the smaller side, with one small window. No closet in the smaller room but there’s lots of storage elsewhere in the in-law if you need. The tenant moving out fit a full sized bed, a dresser and a desk in the smaller room. Utilities are shared by head count with other people living in the house, usually comes out to about $100 per month for each person but varies each month. This in-law unit is 1 of 3 units in the house; an in-law unit is next door and a unit upstairs. Noise travels easily, and so we're looking for tenants that will keep noise to a minimum.
