Enjoy sitting on the large porch with a view of the Indian River. Relax in the boat house or sit under the pergola and catch the breathtaking sunrise. Watch Pelican's fly above and dolphins swim. If you like to fish we have a large dock with boat slips (size restricted). Boat slip is included in your rental price. Walk to Riverview Park for concerts and festivals.
